1. Nothing is shipped
Bix Learn: Language Learning is a digital service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier. Nothing is shipped to a postal address, no delivery charge is ever collected, and we do not ask for a shipping address at any point.
This policy exists because "shipping and delivery" is a standard field for online businesses in India, and leaving it blank invites the question. The short answer is that delivery of a Bix Learn: Language Learning subscription is instantaneous and electronic.
2. How access is delivered
A Bix Learn: Language Learning subscription is delivered as an entitlement recorded against your account. When a payment succeeds, we record that your account holds Bix Learn Super or Bix Learn Ultra, and the features included in that tier unlock wherever you are signed in.
There is nothing to download, no licence key to enter and no activation code to keep. The app reads your entitlement each time it starts.
3. When access starts
- Web purchases (bought at www.bixlearn.com and processed by Razorpay) — access is activated immediately on successful payment, typically within a few seconds and in all normal cases inside 15 minutes.
- App purchases (bought inside the iOS or Android app) — access is activated as soon as the Apple App Store or Google Play confirms the purchase to the app, which is usually immediate.
You will also receive a payment receipt by email — from Rightsol Private Limited via Razorpay for web purchases, or from Apple or Google for app purchases.
4. Where it is delivered
The entitlement belongs to your Bix Learn: Language Learning account, not to a single device. Once it is active you can sign in on your phone, your tablet and the web app and the subscription applies on all of them.
Bix Learn: Language Learning is available worldwide. Prices on our Pricing page are shown in Indian rupees for customers paying in India.
5. If access does not appear
If a payment has succeeded but your subscription has not activated within 15 minutes, try these in order:
- Confirm you are signed in to the same account you paid on — a subscription bought while signed in as a guest attaches to whichever account completes the purchase.
- Close and reopen the app, which forces it to re-read your entitlement.
- Open Settings → Subscription and choose Restore purchases.
If none of that works, email us with the date and amount of the charge and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt, and we will activate it manually. Access that never arrives is a failed delivery, not a used subscription — if we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund regardless of the usual 7-day window in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
